Seriously, if you’re a co-worker, friend or family member of a pole dancer, you need to STOP making this joke. It’s always the first one we hear and it’s definitely getting old. (Not to mention, the topic of abuse isn’t funny!)
This week I am going back to traning laybacks I think. There is alot of variations I have missed trying on. Like broken barbie and the russian layback.
Also I feel like I need to train the oldies ckr and car. Ever since I started traning again after my pregnance, I dont feel as secured in these as I just to be.
Here are some stretches to help your back flexibility, ranging from beginner to more advanced.
Click on photos to make them bigger.
- Please warm up before stretching to avoid hurting yourself!
- Aim to hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds.
- Don’t force your body. Take it slow and your flexibility will come with time.
- Give your body rest days!
I track the tag #beckyfitness, I’d love to see your progress :)
