Soo I have been checking out apps on my ipad today and I found a few that seem pretty cool.
The one I really like is the Yoga app. I’ve never actually tried yoga so I figured I’d give it a go today and downloaded it. I didn’t know how much an app would really teach me, but surprisingly it was helpful. I did the 20 minute option, and it was enjoyable for the most part. Maybe this could help with my flexibility?
Daily cardio app was ok. I definitely felt the burn when the 10 minutes was up. I was surprised by how tired I was when it was over.
Last but not least, the MyFitnessPal is interesting. I’ve never been a calorie counter and usually eat whatever I want, but it’s been pretty cool to see how much I am actually consuming everyday blindly. How much exercise effects your calorie intake and all that stuff. I probably won’t stick with that because I’m not really trying to lose weight. I’m just trying to be healthy and stay the same.. but I do think its cool.
And yes, I downloaded a pole dancing app also, but it said I had to pay to view the “lessons.” So much for that, haha.
